Phase 2: Design Concept & Visualization

  • Mood Boards & Schemes: We curate palettes of luxurious textures, colors, and finishes to establish the atmosphere.

  • Spatial Planning: We look at flow and layout to ensure the space is as functional as it is beautiful.

  • Review: We present these initial ideas to you, refining them until they perfectly match your expectations.

Phase 3: Architectural Planning & Technical Specification

Once the aesthetic is agreed upon, we bridge the gap between design and construction. We move from “what it looks like” to “how it works,” creating the blueprint for the build.

  • Detailed Drawings: We produce comprehensive layouts for electrical, joinery, and kitchen designs.

Phase 4: Construction & Coordination

We pride ourselves on providing turnkey solutions. During the construction phase, we act as your advocate on-site, ensuring the design intent is maintained during the build.
